Shipping Timelines 

All Orders will ship after production/processing timelines are completed (Weekends and Holidays excluded). 

Some orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. 

• Ground Orders will deliver 1-5 business days once shipped. 
• 2 Day Expedited will deliver within 2 business days. 
• Next Day orders will deliver within 1 business day. 

The shipping time frames provided are ESTIMATES and are NOT guaranteed. 

Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery - please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delays. 

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 business days. 

Alaska and Hawaii: For Ground shipping allow 5-7 business days from the time you receive a shipping confirmation email. Expedited orders require 1 additional day to deliver. 

Rural domestic addresses require 1 or more additional days to deliver. 

If the shipping address provided is a P.O. box, the order will ship via USPS

Tracking Orders 

Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. This email will contain a link to FedEx, UPS or USPS that will provide all shipping and status details. 

Orders Containing Pre-Order Items: Please check the item's webpage for the available ship date. 

dombezalergii is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. 

Our return policy is 30 days AFTER DELIVERY.

• Items damaged through normal wear and tear

• All shipping charges are non-refundable.    

*Due to the print-on-demand nature of our wallpaper products, we highly recommend calculating your coverage from the product page of the specific design you want to use and/or referring to your wallpaper installer to help determine the number and size of rolls needed for your specific project. We are unable to restock our made-to-order wallpaper rolls. 

• For merchandise returned within 30 days of the delivery date will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price.  
• We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Defective items will not be accepted. 
• dombezalergii merchandise purchased at independent department stores, boutiques or through re-sellers must be returned to the location where it was purchased. 
• We do not process returns or exchanges for products received as SWAG or through a donation. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If requesting an exchange, we will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label  
 

• Once we receive your item, you new item will automatically get produced and shipped out  

If requesting a return, you will be responsible for return shipping cost  
 

• Once we receive your item, we will automatically refund the cost back to your original form of payment.  Please allow 3-7 days for the refund to show up on the financial institutions bank statement.  

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Sale items (if applicable) 
Items purchased from the Sale Page are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.  

Exchanges (if applicable)

Once it is received and inspected we will ship the replacement item. You may request a refund, however a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
