Production Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Production Assistant to assist our Customer Service and Fulfillment Manager with receiving inbound products, stocking and inputting items in inventory, and shipping out orders. We need someone who is a fast learner, and willing to jump in and get the job done in the most efficient manner possible.
Tasks associated with this position will include, but are not limited to:
•Receiving of inbound product with careful and timely verification of information on packing slips and purchase orders to confirm accuracy of shipments.
•Unpack, sort, count and deliver inbound inventory.
•Inspect shipments for damage, loss or defects and report and manage any/all claims accordingly through resolution.
•Maintains overall organization and cleanliness of warehouse
•Assist in moving inventory between warehouse (North 10152 Torino) and retail store location (Downtown 10152 Torino)
•Timely communication with sales associates on status of customer orders
•Appropriate package preparation for all outbound shipments
•Maintain detailed tracking and documentation of all outbound shipments
Candidates considered MUST possess the following:
•Basic computer skills with the ability to learn Order Desk and Shopify systems
•Very strong attention to detail
•Very strong organizational skills
•Very driven and positive attitude
