Wallpaper is made to order, ships trimmed, and is therefore not eligible for return or exchange. If you do not order enough, we cannot guarantee an exact color match as slight variations can occur each time they are printed.

Wallpaper samples are 8"x10". We highly recommend you purchase a sample before ordering to check colors and scale as computer screens may vary. Note: Samples are provided for review of the material, pattern scale and print technique—they are not intended to be used for color matching purposes. There can be slight shifts in color between runs, so your wallpaper may vary slightly from sample coloring.

Returns

Fabric, Wallpaper and Peel & Stick Wallpaper are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Timelines 

All Orders will ship after production/processing timelines are completed (Weekends and Holidays excluded). 

Some orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. 

• Ground Orders will deliver 1-5 business days once shipped. 
• 2 Day Expedited will deliver within 2 business days. 
• Next Day orders will deliver within 1 business day. 

The shipping time frames provided are ESTIMATES and are NOT guaranteed. 

Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery - please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delays. 

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 business days. 

Alaska and Hawaii: For Ground shipping allow 5-7 business days from the time you receive a shipping confirmation email. Expedited orders require 1 additional day to deliver. 

Rural domestic addresses require 1 or more additional days to deliver. 

If the shipping address provided is a P.O. box, the order will ship via USPS

Tracking Orders 

Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. This email will contain a link to FedEx, UPS or USPS that will provide all shipping and status details.

dombezalergii is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
